Hubungan Self Efficacy Dan Resiliensi Pada Karyawan yang Terdampak Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) Akibat Pandemi

Karyawan yang terkena PHK harus mampu bertahan dan melewati situasi sulit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficacy dan resiliensi pada karyawan yang terkena PHK di saat pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 127 karyawan yang terkena PHK di salah satu perusahaan textile di Boyolali Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling yaitu teknik simple random sampling purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu alat ukur resiliensi dan General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES). Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi pearson correlation menunjukkan nilai koefisien r= 0.490 (P<0.05) artinya ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self efficacy dan resiliensi pada karyawan yang terkena PHK pada saat pandemi covid-19.Downloads
