Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Performance Kerja Karyawan PT. X di Gresik

Upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat dari beberapa faktor seperti budaya organisasi yang diharapkan untuk mengembangkan kualitas kerja karyawan. Maksud dari studi ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap performance kerja karyawan PT. X di Gresik. Pendekatan studi menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Pemilihan subjek menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah 32 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Budaya Organisasi dan Skala Perfromance Kerja. Sesuai dengan uji hipotesisi yang sudah dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi sederhana, tujuan studi menunjukkan budaya organisasi berdampak pada performance kerja karyawan di PT.
