Abstract

Dalam melakukan pembelajaran banyak hal yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang guru, salah satunya adalah memahami karakteristik setiap peserta didik. Penting bagi Guru untuk dapat mengenali dan memahami karakteristik peserta didik. Salah satu manfaat ketika Guru mengenali dan memahami karakter peserta didik adalah proses belajar mengajar yang berlangsung dengan lebih baik. Tujuan studi ini adalah mengetahui  keefektifan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan belajar setiap peserta didik yang berbeda. Metode ini menggunakan observasi, dengan pengumpulan data- data yang diperoleh dari observasi dilapangan.
