Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) bukan hanya dianggap sebagai pelaksana operasional, tetapi juga sebagai aset strategis yang dapat menentukan keberhasilan organisasi. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menilai kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) adalah Assessment Center, yang efektif dalam memberikan gambaran yang lebih akurat mengenai potensi karyawan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi partisipatif. Hasil pengabdian Masyarakat bahwa kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan uji kompetensi di PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk. melalui Assessment Center merupakan metode yang efektif dalam menilai kompetensi dan potensi pegawai. Proses yang terstruktur dan penggunaan teknologi berbasis Assessment Management System (AMS) memberikan berbagai keuntungan dalam hal efisiensi, akurasi, serta kemudahan dalam pengelolaan data asesmen.References
