Innovation Energy Startups Challenge Pertamina XSCOUTS merupakan kegiatan mencari startups untuk kemudian di inkubasi. Adapun startupss yang dicari yang membahas terkait inovasi startups khususnya dalam bidang energi baru terbarukan. Kegiatan ini juga menjadi sambutan baik dari program Pertamina XSCOUTS yang merupakan platform Open Innovation untuk memungkinkan kolaborasi antara Pertamina Group dengan startups yang memiliki solusi inovatif dan luar biasa. Tema yang diangkat pada agenda ini yaitu Aligning Collaborative Innovation for Future Energy.
