PENGEMBANGAN BUDAYA PERAWATAN DIRI KESEHATAN JIWA MELALUI PROGRAM RITUAL SIAL

Pertama, latar belakang. Masalah Kesehatan jiwa perlu dicegah dengan perawatan diri Kesehatan jiwa. Program RITUAL SIAL merupakan bentuk kebudayaan atau kebiasaan dalam mencegah masalah Kesehatan jiwa dengan psikoedukasi. Kedua, metode yang digunakan melalui pendekatan kualitataif dan kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner tentang perawatan diri Kesehatan jiwa. Tahapan yang dilakukan praprogram dengan FGD Bersama mitra, Psikoedukasi RITUAL SIAL, pemberdayaan aktivitas RITUAL SIAL melalui pendampingan kegiatan, dan evaluasi program melalui FGD Bersama mitra serta Puskesmas Bantur. Ketiga, hasil dan pembahasan. Praprogram yang dilakukan mitra selama ini adalah termasuk dalam aktivitas perawatan diri Kesehatan jiwa, namun tidak mengetahuinya. Nilai dari pengetahuan perawatan diri Kesehatan jiwa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan psikoedukasi RITUAL SIAL (0,000), Program perawatan diri Kesehatan jiwa yang banyak dilakukan adalah aktivitas spiritual (tahlilan malam jumat sebanyak 10 kali selama 3 bulan). Dan evaluasi program advokasi program Bersama puskesmas Bantur sebagai upaya pencegaghan Kesehatan jiwa. Landasan program tersebut melalui psikoedukasi perawatan diri Kesehatan jiwa yang berlandsakan terhadap aspek psikologis serta keterampilan hidup. Keempat, kesimpulan. Program RITUAL SIAL dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang perawatan diri Kesehatan jiwa di masyarakat, serta melakukan aktivitas perawatan diri seperti aktivitas spiritual, fisik, pengelolaan emosional, dan Tindakan sosial. Sehingga saran berikutnya terakait program ini dapat digunakan puskesmas sebagai layanan masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan Kesehatan jiwa melalui integrasi program GERMAS.References
