Abstract

Yoga dapat menurunkan tekanan darah dan mengurangi level stres oksidatif. Prenatal yoga merupakan salah satu latihan fisik yang aman untuk ibu hamil. Penurunan tekanan darah sistol terjadi karena prenatal yoga bisa melancarkan aliran darah, melancarkan suplai oksigen dan nutrisi serta memperkuat otot pernafasan dan jantung. Latihan pernafasan pada yoga mengoptimalisasikan kapasitas paru dan latihan postur menguntungkan bagi meningkatnya kemampuan otot jantung. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk Kesehatan ibu hamil dengan memberikan Latihan-latihan seperti senam yoga prenatal dengan tujuan memperlancar peredarah darah ibu hamil, memberikan rasa rileks, dan rasa nyaman selama kehamilan. Tujuan pengabdian Masyarakat ini memberikan edukasi efek yoga prenatal pada tekanan darah ibu hamil. Metode pengabdian masayarakat dengan memberikan Latihan ringan senam yoga prenatal yang bisa dilakukan dirumah, selain Latihan di TPMB Sumarti, S.ST, Bd, juga bisa dilakukan dirumah dengan panduan booklet yang sudah di berikan pada ibu hamil. Selain itu melakukan pemeriksan kontrol tekanan darah, Nadi, DJJ sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan senam yoga prenatal dengan tujuan bisa memantau ibu dan janin yang ada didalam kandungan. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-September 2023. Peserta pengabdian adalah ibu hamil pada bidan setempat di PMB Sumarti, SST di Desa Kapor, Burneh Bangkalan sebanyak 9 ibu hamil. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian dari 9 ibu hamil seluruhnya tekanan darah, nadi, DJJ dalam batas normal.
