KESTABILAN KADAR GULA DARAH DENGAN MENJAGA KEPATUHAN DIET MELALUI MINDFULNESS EATING BASED ON SPIRITUAL INTERVENTION

Diet menjadi salah satu komponen dalam self-management DM untuk mencapai glukosa darah yang terkontrol, namun diketahui beberapa hambatan dalam pelaksanaan program diet seperti persepsi makanan sehat dan porsi makan yang tepat. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan penderita DM dapat menjaga kepatuhan diet melalui mindfulness eating based on spiritual intervention. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan Kesehatan dan memberikan penyuluhan mindfulness eating based on spiritual intervention, beserta pelatihan mindfulness eating based on spiritual intervention. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama satu bulan dan diikuti oleh 25 penderita DM. Sebelum diberikan pelatihan, dilakukan pre test dan post test mengenai kepatuhan diet. Didapatkan sebagian besar (67%) pnderita DM memilik tingkat keptuhan diet kurang. Sedangkan setelah diberikan pelatihan mindfulness eating based on spiritual intervention hamper seluruhnya (85.6%) penderita DM memiliki tingkat kepatuhan baik. Mindfulness eating based on spiritual intervention efektif dalam menjaga keatuhan diet penderita DM.References
