POLA MAKAN, STATUS GIZI, ASUPAN GIZI DAN ANEMIA PADA PASIEN KANKER YANG MENJALANI KEMOTERAPI

Anemia dapat menunda pelaksanaan kemoterapi, berdampak pada kelelahan dan menurunnya kualitas hidup pasien, serta menurunnya respon terhadap kemoterapi. Sebanyak 50% pasien kanker yang mendapat terapi antikanker mengalami anemia. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi, konsumsi lauk pauk dan asupan zat gizi dengan anemia pada pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi. Design penelitian cross sectional, dengan 64 sampel. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Agustus – Oktober 2019 di Instalasi Kemoterapi RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. Pola makan dan asupan zat gizi didapat dari wawancara menggunakan food model dan formulir SQ FFQ, untuk memperoleh informasi makanan yang dikonsumsi konsumsi dalam kurun waktu 1 minggu sebelum pelaksanaan kemoterapi. Analisis statistik chi square menunjukkan ada hubungan bermakna antara status gizi (p=0,020), asupan Fe (p=0,033), konsumsi lauk hewani dan nabati (0.035) dengan kejadian anemia. Tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin, usia, periode kemoterapi, durasi kemoterapi, status konseling gizi, porsi lauk, sayuran, buah, asupan energi, protein, seng, vitamin B6, B12 dengan anemia (p>0,05). Anemia pada penderita kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi berhubungan dengan status gizi, asupan Fe dan konsumsi lauk pauk.References
