PERBANDINGAN PARAMETER INFLAMASI DAN STATUS KOAGULASI PADA BERBAGAI DERAJAT BERAT COVID-19 DI SILOAM KEBON JERUK

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit menular pernafasan yang disebabkan oleh severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2. Inflamasi dan koagulasi merupakan indikator penting yang dapat menilai keterlibatan sistemik suatu penyakit, terutama pada COVID-19. Identifikasi sejak dini derajat berat penyakit dengan pemberian terapi yang adekuat dapat menurunkan mortalitas dan morbiditas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan rerata parameter inflamasi dan status koagulasi yang meliputi neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, C-reactive protein, D-Dimer, laktat dehidrogenase dan feritin antarberbagai derajat keparahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain potong lintang, dilakukan pada rekam medis 135 pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pasien COVID-19 sebagian besar adalah laki-laki (55,6%). Rerata usia pasien COVID-19 55 tahun (±1,42). Mayoritas pasien COVID-19 dirawat dengan derajat keparahan sedang tanpa oksigen (34,1%) diikuti dengan derajat sedang dengan oksigen (30,4%), ringan (21,5%), dan berat (14,1 %). Uji statistik menunjukan adanya perbedaan rerata yang bermakna pada parameter inflamasi dan koagulasi antarberbagai derajat keparahan COVID-19. Pasien derajat berat memiliki kadar neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, C-reactive protein, dan D-Dimer yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan derajat ringan. Selain itu kadar laktat dehidrogenase dan feritin cenderung lebih tinggi pada pasien derajat penyakit berat dibandingkan pasien derajat ringan, meskipun data kedua parameter tersebut tidak dapat diolah secara statistik karena jumlah sampel minimal. Oleh karena itu pengukuran kadar neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, C-reactive protein, D-Dimer, laktat dehidrogenase dan feritin diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi dini keparahan dan perburukan pasien COVID-19.References
