GAMBARAN KECEMASAN IBU HAMIL PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID DI YOGYAKARTA

Pandemi COVID-19 memicu berbagai permasalahan kejiwaan pada masyarakat umum yang berupa rasa panik, cemas, depresi, dan gangguan obsesif kompulsif. Pembatasan perjalanan, adanya jarak sosial antar individu dan terbatasnya akses pelayanan kesehatan yang disebabkan oleh pandemi COVID-19 juga dapat meningkatkan resiko masalah kesehatan mental, terutama pada populasi yang rentan yaitu pada ibu hamil. Kecemasan yang terjadi pada ibu hamil dapat menyebabkan beban yang berat untuk ibu hamil dan janin yang dikandungnya. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan kecemasan yang terjadi pada saat kehamilan dapat berdampak buruk terhadap janin. Yogyakarta berada di nomor ke-6 kasus terbanyak COVID-19 per bulan November 2021. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas di wilayah Yogyakarta, yaitu Puskesmas Tegalrejo, Jetis dan Imogiri I. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah consecutive sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester I, II, dan III yang berjumlah 118 orang. Instrumen yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner data demografi dan Kuesioner Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale (PASS) yang sudah dimodifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagian besar responden mengalami kecemasan sedang, yaitu sebanyak 51 orang (43,2 %). Perlu adanya perhatian khusus pada ibu hamil agar dapat meminimalkan resiko yang terjadi.References
