ANALISIS IKLIM KESELAMATAN PERUSAHAAN MINYAK DAN GAS DI PT. Z

Iklim merupakan salah satu penyumbang budaya organisasi perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Dimensi budaya dalam iklim keselamatan yang berperan dalam perkembangan organisasi menuju keselamatan yang lebih baik, yaitu: organization, group values, dan individual safety values. PT. Z sebagai salah satu perusahaan minyak dan gas di Indonesia telah melakukan upaya pengembangan program keselamatan yang dilakukan sebelumnya, akan tetapi belum adanya gambaran analisis yang menjelaskan iklim keselamatan secara komprehensif di PT. Z. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semi-kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Data diambil dari beberapa lokasi kerja PT. Z yang meliputi Office, Unit Produksi, Barge, Drilling Rig. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari elemen Hudson (Parker, 2006). Berdasarkan metode Safety Climate Level (SCL). Total rata-rata nilai yang didapatkan oleh PT. Z adalah sebesar 7.85. Berdasarkan analisis SCL, profil iklim/budaya keselamatan menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai keselamatan pekerja PT. Z telah terinternalisasi dengan baik.References
