Hubungan Iklim Keselamatan dan Perilaku Keselamatan di Konstruksi: Sebuah Tinjauan Pustaka

Pendahuluan: Kecelakaan berhubungan negatif dengan perilaku keselamatan. iklim keselamatan sebagai anteseden potensial dari perilaku keselamatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim keselamatan terhadap perilaku keselamatan di konstruksi. Metode: Metode penelitian yang diaplikasikan adalah tinjauan pustaka sistematis mengenai iklim keselamatan yang berhubungan dengan perilaku keselamatan di konstruksi. Persyaratan artikel yang dipilih adalah artikel pada jurnal nasional dan internasional yang telah diterbitkan antara tahun 2018 hingga 2020 yang diperoleh dari search engine “google scholar”. Hasil: Terdapat tujuh literatur yang memenuhi kriteria berdasarkan proses pemilihan. Enam literatur dengan desain cross sectional dan satu literatur merupakan penelitian literature review. Kesimpulan: Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim keselamatan dan perilaku keselamatan di konstruksi. Meski demikian, belum ada penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan antara iklim keselamatan dan perilaku keselamatan di konstruksi sipil infrastruktur secara khusus.References
