TELAAH KEPEMIMPINAN ORGANISASI KESEHATAN DI MASA PANDEMI DENGAN ANALISIS V.U.C.A KESEHATAN : TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS

Dampak pandemi Covid 19 tejadi di sektor kesehatan, perubahan di seluruh lini pelayanan Kesehatan mulai dari penanganan kasus pandemi sampai penyesuaian dalam upaya percepatan penyelesaian kasus pandemi, namun tidak sedikit negara yang melakukan uji coba kebijakan, bahkan membuat suatu perubahan yang khusus untuk disesuaikan dengan wilayah dan kondisi di tempatnya. Hasil pencarian artikel diperoleh 1.815 artikel (keseluruhan dari PubMed dan ProQuest). Artikel-artikel tersebut kemudian disaring dari database online PubMed dan ProQuest menggunakan format: Jurnal Akademik, dengan pembatasan teks lengkap. Setelah itu dilakukan penyaringan dari duplikasi dan kesamaan sehingga menghasilkan 89 artikel setelah itu dilakukan pembacaan abstrak dan hasil penelitian sehingga banyak tereliminasi dan menghasilkan 33 jurnal. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengecualian terhadap kelengkapan isi jurnal dan dihasilkan 12 jurnal. Lalu dilakukan pembacaan keseluruhan isi jurnal dan didapatkan 10 jurnal yang sesuai, ada beberapa artikel yang bersifat berbayar sebanyak 4 buah artikel, sehingga kami mengecualikan untuk menyertakan kedalam proses analisa. Kontribusi pengalaman yang ada pada karakter personal karyawan mencakup berbagai jenis pengalaman, baik administrasi, maupun manajemen. Pengalaman ini tentunya harus tercatat secara sistematis dalam database kepegawaian karyawan yang memiliki pengalaman yang berhubungan dengan teknologi itu dapat diprioritaskan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dimasa pandemi. Organisasi yang terdampak pandemi harus mampu bangkit dalam tatanan organisasi, tentunya dengan konsep volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity menjadi vision, understanding, clearity, dan agileReferences
