TINGKAT STRES PERAWAT PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19: LITERATUR REVIEW

pandemi COVID-19 sudah 2 tahun lamanya melanda hampir seluruh negara di dunia. COVID-19 yang disebabkan oleh Novel Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) ini telah menyebabkan total 5,85 juta jiwa di Indonesia terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 dan angka kematian sebanyak 151 ribu jiwa. Peningkatan angka kejadian kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia tentunya sangat berdampak pada berbagai lapisan khususnya perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja sebagai front liner dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19. Perawat menghadapi cukup banyak kesulitan dan stres psikologis cenderung dialami oleh perawat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan ingin melihat fenomena-fenomena terkait stres pada perawat dalam menjalankan tugasnya selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan studi yang berjenis literature review dengan proses pencarian artikel menggunakan database online diantaranya Google Scholar dan ProQuest. Kata kunci yang dipakai dalam mencari sumber literatur yaitu “perawatâ€, “stressâ€, “nurses†dan “COVID-19†serta “stress of nurses during COVID-19 pandemicâ€. Literatur yang telah didapatkan kemudian dianalisis dan dibahas sesuai hasil penelitian yang ada. Semua literatur yang dipilih dari hasil penelitian di berbagai negara termasuk Indonesia menunjukkan tingkat kejadian stres pada perawat yang menangani kasus COVID-19 mulai dari tingkat ringan hingga berat. Stres dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor demografi dan situasional saat menjalankan pekerjaan. Adanya kesadaran terhadap psikologis perawat dan sebuah koping adaptif serta pelatihan diperlukan sebagai mekanisme menurunkan tingkat stres pada perawat pada masa pandemi COVID-19.References
