ANALISA PERILAKU KEPATUHAN TINDAKAN PENCEGAHAN COVID-19 PADA PEKERJA NON KESEHATAN: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Tempat kerja merupakan lokus interaksi dan berkumpulnya para pekerja sehingga dapat menjadi faktor risiko penularan COVID-19. Pada gelombang 3 pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia, Klaster industri dan perkantoran berkontribusi besar terhadap kenaikan kasus COVID-19. Tujuan dari systematic review ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor determinan perilaku kepatuhan tindakan pencegahan COVID-19 pada pekerja non-kesehatan dalam periode pandemi COVID-19. Tinjauan literatur dengan menggunakan metode Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analysis (PRISMA) dengan dua database yaitu Science Direct dan PubMed dan menggunakan kata kunci pencarian jurnal yaitu “(Compliance OR Adherence) AND Preventive AND (Behavior OR Measure) AND COVID-19 AND (Worker OR Employee)” yang dicari baik secara gabungan maupun terpisah. Hasil analisis mendapatkan variable yang paling sering ditemukan sebagai faktor determinan pembentukan perilaku kepatuhan tindakan pencegahan COVID-19 adalah tindakan pencegahan oleh perusahaan, diikuti oleh status pekerjaan, kondisi psikologis, efektivitas tindakan pencegahan oleh pemerintah, tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan, risiko yang dirasakan, tindakan pencegahan individu, dan umur. Selain itu juga berhubungan dengan hambatan yang dirasakan, informasi melalui komunikasi langsung dan media resmi, isyarat untuk bertindak, jenis kelamin, karantina dan tempat tinggal. Dari systematic review dapat disimpulkan bahwa perusahaan (tempat kerja) dan status pekerjaan merupakan faktor determinan yang paling dominan dalam pembentukan perilaku kepatuhan tindakan pencegahan COVID-19. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan memegang peranan penting untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan konsistensi kepatuhan terhadap protokol kesehatan. Perlu disusun program promosi kesehatan dan pemantauan kepatuhan terhadap tindakan pencegahan COVID-19.References
