GAMBARAN UMUM PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP DAN PRAKTIK PEKERJA RUMAH SAKIT SAAT PANDEMIK COVID-19 : A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Sampai dengan Maret 2021 terdapat 457 juta kasus positif COVID-19 diantaranya terdapat 6 juta lebih kematian dan setidaknya terdapat 17.000 tenaga kesehatan di lebih dari 70 negara meninggal dunia akibat COVID-19. Beberapa penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan, sikap dan praktik berhubungan dengan peningkatan faktor risiko penularan COVID-19. Tujuan studi ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, sikap dan,praktik terkait COVID-19 pada kalangan pekerja rumah sakit. Tinjauan sistematis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode PRISMA (Preferred,Reporting Items for Systematic,Reviews & Meta Analyses). Melalui search engine Science Direct dan PubMed didapatkan studi yang relevan dari tahun 2020-2021 tentang pengetahuan, sikap dan praktik pekerja rumah sakit terhadap COVID-19 di rumah sakit pada beberapa negara. Kata kunci yang,digunakan saat proses pencarian adalah “Knowledge, attitude and practice of,Health care workers,during COVID-19”. Gambaran umum pengetahuan, sikap dan praktik pekerja rumah sakit mayoritas baik. Informasi mengenai COVID-19 dengan mudah didapatkan oleh pekerja melalui WHO ataupun Kementerian Kesehatan, media sosial dan media elektronik. Sikap positif dalam menghadapi COVID-19 didapatkan pekerja setelah menerima pelatihan karena membantu pekerja lebih percaya diri dalam mengelola COVID-19. Perilaku pekerja menunjukan bahwa jarak sosial, cuci tangan, dan tidak menghadiri acara sosial apa pun dapat mencegah COVID 19. Pengetahuan secara langsung mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku positif pekerja dalam pencegahan COVID-19 di Rumah Sakit. Selain itu, faktor lain seperti fasilitas kesehatan di tempat kerja juga mempengaruhi pekerja dalam praktik pencegahan,COVID-19.References
