Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengidentifikasi terkait kesejahteraan spiritual dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien kanker. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian literature riview melalui database dan website elektronik yaitu EBSCohost, ProQuest, Sciencedirect dan Pubmed. Hasil penelusuran menunjukkan terdapat artikel yang menunjukkan korelasi positif yang kuat antara kesejahteraan spiritual dan kualitas hidup dimana responden dengan skor spiritualitas yang tinggi, terutama dalam subskala kedamaian dan iman memiliki skor kualitas hidup yang lebih tinggi. Artikel lain menyebutkan bahwa tingkat nyeri dan distres gejala serta dukungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan spiritual dan kualitas hidup. Disimpulkan pentingnya mengatasi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan spiritual dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien kanker.
