Abstract

Peningkatan penduduk usia lanjut (lansia) merupakan permasalahan utama kesehatan di berbagai negara. Pandemi Covid-19 memperburuk status kesehatan lansia akibat terhambatnya akses pelayanan kesehatan yang dibutuhkan. Telekesehatan merupakan intervensi yang secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan akses pelayanan kesehatan bagi lansia selama pandemi, namun masih ditemukan berbagai hambatan dalam pemanfaatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi determinan pemanfaatan telekesehatan pada lansia selama pandemi Covid-19. Pendekatan scoping review dilakukan dengan pedoman PRISMA. Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada bulan September 2023 menggunakan kata kunci yang relevan pada 3 database, yaitu PubMed, ProQuest, dan Sage Journals. Kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi digunakan untuk menyaring artikel sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Dari 379 artikel, terpilih 7 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dalam penelitian ini. Pemanfaatan telekesehatan pada lansia mengalami peningkatan selama pandemi Covid-19, terutama untuk penyediaan layanan kesehatan primer. Determinan yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi pemanfaatan telekesehatan pada lansia adalah karakteristik sosiodemografi (usia, wilayah tempat tinggal, pendapatan), faktor terkait kesehatan (status kesehatan dan riwayat penyakit tertentu), dan faktor pendukung (akses internet dan pengalaman menggunakan platform panggilan video). Kebijakan telekesehatan pasca pandemi perlu berfokus mengatasi hambatan pemanfaatan telekesehatan terutama pada lansia, tinggal di pedesaan, memiliki pendapatan rendah, serta keterbatasan akses internet dan pengalaman menggunakan perangkat digital. Sebagian besar penelitian yang ditemukan berasal dari negara maju sehingga dibutuhkan penelitian lanjutan terutama di negara berkembang sebagai upaya mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan telekesehatan pada lansia.
