FAKTOR RISIKO PENYAKIT KARDIOVASKULAR PADA PEKERJA : A Systemactic Review

Penyakit kardiovaskular (cardiovascular disease) merupakan penyebab kematian utama secara global. Morbiditas dan mortalitas akibat penyakit kardiovaskular di tempat kerja telah mengakibatkan hilangnya produktivitas dan kerugian lain bagi perusahaan dan pekerja. Hal ini dapat dicegah dengan focus utama terhadap factor gaya hidup dan gaya bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi factor risiko penyakit kardiovaskular pada pekerja sehingga dapat bermanfaat dalam upaya pencegahan kejadian penyakit kardiovaskular pada pekerja. Penelitian ini merupakan systematic review menggunakan PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analysis) untuk mengidentifikasi, memilih dan sintesis studi. Pencarian melalui pusat database yaitu Pubmed dan Sciencedirect. Periode publikasi yang digunakan adalah 2020-2023 dengan kata kunci “Cardiovascular disease” AND “Risk factor” AND “Worker”. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 9 jurnal termasuk dalam Q1 dan 3 jurnal termasuk dalam Q2. Faktor risiko penyakit kardiovaskular pada pekerja yang dapat dibagi menjadi empat kelompok, yaitu kelompok faktor risiko yang tidak dapat dimodifikasi (usia, jenis kelamin dan adanya riwayat keluarga), faktor risiko dengan kondisi medis tertentu yang dapat dimodifikasi (dislipidemia dengan tingginya total kolesterol dan LDL, hipertensi, diabeter melitus, obesitas dan kondisi lingkar pinggang), faktor risiko perilaku yang dapat dimodifikasi (diet yang tidak sehat, konsumsi alkohol yang berlebih, kurangnya aktivitas fisik dan status merokok) dan faktor lingkungan dan pekerjaan (stress psikososial, jenis pekerjaan shift, lingkungan kerja termasuk kebisingan, polusi udara, paparan bahan kimia dan karakteristik pekerjaan).References
