EDUKASI FAMILY CENTERED MATERNITY CARE TERHADAP SELF EFFICACY DALAM PEMBERIAN ASI: LITERATUR REVIEW

Self Efficacy ibu postpartum adalah keyakinan ibu dalam kemampuan dirinya untuk memberikan asi kepada bayi dan memperkirakan apakah ibu memilih untuk menyusui atau tidak, berapa banyak usaha yang dikeluarkan, kemampuan untuk meningkatkan atau tidak, dan bagaimana menanggapi kesulitan menyusui secara emosional. Faktor yang mempengaruhi self efficacy berasal dari pengalaman keberhasilan, pengamatan perilaku orang lain, persuasi dan keadaan fisik. Cara meningkatkan kepercayaan diri ibu post partum dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada keluarga berbasis family centered maternity care. Metode edukasi family centered maternity care merupakan pemberian asuhan keperawatan maternitas yang berfokus kepada keluarga sehingga pemberian edukasi ini diberikan kepada ibu dan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan strategi yang tepat dalam melakukan edukasi laktasi dalam pemberian ASI serta dapat meningkatkan hubungan antara ibu, anak dan keluarga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan literature review sederhana. Sumber data penelusuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan data base online berikut: Proquest, ScienceDirect dan Wiley dari tahun 2019-2023 dengan kata kunci “education breastfeeding self efficacy “dan “family centered maternity care” dari hasil pencarian maka didapat ada 10 jurnal direview. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada pengaruh edukasi berbasis family centered maternity care terhadap self efficacy ibu post partum dalam pemberian ASI. Saran perlu penelitian lanjutan tentang edukasi berbasis family centered maternity care.References
