HUBUNGAN PELAKSANAAN KUNJUNGAN NIFAS TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN LIMA TUGAS KESEHATAN KELUARGA PADA IBU POSTPARTUM

Periode postpartum merupakan masa yang cukup kritis bagi ibu dan bayi terutama minggu pertama setelah melahirkan. Kunjungan nifas merupakan program untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan yang terjadi pada ibu nifas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan pelaksanaan kunjungan oleh petugas kesehatan terhadap pelaksanaan tugas kesehatan keluarga. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain Deskriptif Analitik, dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel adalah ibu nifas yang mendapat kunjungan oleh petugas kesehatan. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah Puskesmas Baso. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisa data adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan usia responden yang tertinggi 25 tahun (13,6%), distribusi frekwensi responden 40,9% dengan jumlah anak 1 orang, sebanyak 27 (61,4%) responden berpendidikan SMA, 11,4% berpendidikan SMP, distribusi kunjungan nifas (59.1%) dengan frekwensi kunjungan 1 kali, 1 orang, 2,3% responden tidak mendapat kunjungan nifas. Pelaksanaan tugas kesehatan keluarga 61,4% kurang baik, 88,6% pelaksanaan kunjungan nifas sudah optimal. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p- value 1.00, disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara kunjungan nifas dengan pelaksanaan tugas kesehatan keluarga. Diperlukan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petugas kesehatan dalam pelaksanaan kunjungan nifas dan upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan keluarga dalam pelaksanaan tugas kesehatan keluarga, agar masalah kesehatan selama masa nifas dapat ditanggulangi dengan baik sehingga kesehatan ibu, anak dan keluarga dapat optimal.References
