PENGGUNAAN BALANCED SCORECARD (BSC) PADA ORGANISASI RUMAH SAKIT: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Rumah Sakit merupakan institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna dan menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, serta gawat darurat. Salah satu faktor penting agar pengelolaan rumah sakit dapat berjalan dengan efisien adalah pengukuran kinerja SDM menggunakan metode terstruktur seperti Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Balanced scorecard merupakan alat pengendalian yang komunikatif dan memungkinkan untuk meningkat nilai organisasi serta bertujuan untuk membangun keseimbangan di organisasi dalam jangka waktu yang panjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hasil dari penerapan balanced Scorecard yang dilakukan oleh Rumah Sakit pada beberapa negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis (systematic literature review) dengan menggunakan PRISMA sebagai kerangka kerja. Pencarian artikel ilmiah melalui ProQuest, PubMed dan Scopus. Didapatkan 541 artikel ilmiah kemudian dilakukan seleksi sehingga didapatkan 5 artikel ilmiah yang peneliti review. Berdasarkan review yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa balanced scorecard pada organisasi rumah sakit memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dan berdampak positif bagi perkembangan organisasi. Berdasarkan artikel ilmiah yang diteliti didapati bahwa penggunaan balanced scorecard memungkinkan organisasi rumah sakit untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan dari stakeholder, memampukan organisasi untuk mengukur kinerja dan memastikan organisasi mampu bersaing namun diperlukan pengembangan kerangka balanced scorecard sebagai adaptasi dari perkembangan organisasi rumah sakit.References
