PENGETAHUAN KANKER SERVIKS DAN SIKAP TENTANG VAKSINASI HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS

Kanker serviks merupakan salah satu jenis kanker yang memiliki kasus dalam jumlah yang cukup besar di dunia. Di Indonesia, kanker serviks berada di urutan ke-2 kanker terbanyak pada wanita. Infeksi human papillomavirus (HPV) merupakan penyebab utama sebagian besar kasus kanker serviks. Berbagai faktor risiko lainnya yaitu melakukan hubungan seksual pada usia yang masih muda, riwayat penyakit menular seksual, dan memiliki beberapa pasangan seks. Kanker serviks dapat dicegah dengan vaksinasi HPV. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan kanker serviks dan sikap tentang vaksinasi HPV. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional. Penyuluhan dilakukan terhadap siswi SMAN 3 Kabupaten Tangerang pada tanggal 4 Februari 2022 secara online melalui aplikasi zoom dan dihadiri oleh 100 responden. Responden diminta mengisi pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kanker serviks dan vaksinasi HPV. Analisis statistik uji T berpasangan menunjukkan rerata nilai pre-test sebesar 68,86 (SD = 10,04) dan post-test adalah 82,44 (SD = 10,75). Terjadi peningkatan sebesar 13,58 poin dengan nilai p 0,001 (p-value < 0,05). Perubahan sikap didapatkan meningkatnya minat dan kesediaan untuk menerima vaksin HPV dari 22% menjadi 44% dengan nilai p 0,002. Hubungan antara Pengetahuan dan Sikap Responden setelah penyuluhan didapatkan bermakna dengan nilai p 0,001 (p-value <0,05) dan jumlah responden yang berpengetahuan baik dan berminat untuk melakukan vaksinasi sebanyak 34 orang (34%). Pada penelitian ini didapatkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai kanker serviks dan minat untuk menerima vaksinasi HPV setelah dilakukan penyuluhan.References
