UPAYA PERSIAPAN PULANG PADA PASIEN FRAKTUR EKSTREMITAS BAWAH MELALUI EDUKASI BERBASIS APLIKASI SELULER: LITERATURE REVIEW

Fraktur pada regio ekstremitas bawah menyebabkan banyak gangguan, tidak hanya gangguan pada fisik, namun gangguan psikologis, sosial, bahkan ekonomi menjadi gangguan terberat yang dirasakan pasien. Edukasi yang tepat dalam persiapan pasien pulang menjadi hal yang penting dalam mengurangi segala gangguan yang diakibatkan fraktur. Seiring perkembangan teknologi, banyak bermunculan edukasi berbasis aplikasi seluler yang mudah, murah, dan tepat guna untuk pasien. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk membantu mengidentifikasi isi dari aplikasi seluler yang dapat dikembangkan untuk mempersiapkan pasien fraktur ekstremitas untuk pulang. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode literature review. Penelusuran artikel dilakukan pada website ScienceDirect, EBSCOhost, Sage, Google Scholar, dan Scopus dengan memasukkan kata kunci “fracture education mobile application”. Artikel yang digunakan setelah diseleksi dengan menggunakan kata kunci tersebut adalah 10 artikel. Aplikasi kesehatan berbasis seluler sudah dikembangkan pada berbagai negara. Aplikasi seluler yang berkembang memuat edukasi untuk pasien mengenai persiapan pembedahan, prosedur pembedahan, perawatan paska pembedahan dan program rehabilitasi selama di rumah. Edukasi berbasis aplikasi seluler untuk persiapan pulang pada pasien fraktur ekstremitas bawah diharapkan juga dapat memuat informasi mengenai persiapan pembedahan, prosedur pembedahan, perawatan paska pembedahan, dan program rehabilitasi saat dirumah. Edukasi yang komprehensif dapat bermanfaat bagi pemulihan kondisi pasien dengan fraktur ekstremitas bawah secara mudah, murah, dan tepat guna.References
