Pengelolaan Tenaga Pendidikan di Daerah 3T SMP Negeri 1 Maratua

Permasalahan yang muncul di kawasan 3T sangat kompleks, antara lain masalah pemenuhan kebutuhan jumlah guru karena faktor geografis dan keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 1 Maratua, Kabupaten Berau, Kalimantan Timur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan pendidikan daerah 3T dapat terarah dan berkualitas jika memenuhi kebutuhan pendidik, baik dari permasalahan individu guru maupun permasalahan di lingkungan sekolah dan pengajaran, apabila permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan baik maka pengelolaannya pendidik daerah 3T dapat berkualitas dan pemerataan guru di daerah 3T dapat diselesaikan.Downloads
