Furthermore, this research was conducted to examine the extent to which self-efficacy influences the competence of kindergarten teachers. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach using a simple linear regression analysis method to determine whether there is an influence between self-efficacy on teacher competence. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it is known that there is a significant influence between self-efficacy on teacher competence, this can be proven by the significance value obtained of 0.000 <0.05 so that it can be said that self-efficacy has a significant influence on teacher competence. Furthermore, the value of the coefficient of determination is 0.691 or 69.1% which means that the self-efficacy variable has an influence of 69.1% on the teacher competency variable.
