Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk menjelaskan fenomena secara mendalam melalui pengumpulan data sebanyak-banyaknya. Penelitian ini tidak mengutamakan jumlah populasi. Apabila data yang terkumpul sudah mendalam dan dapat menjelaskan fenomena yang diteliti, maka tidak perlu mencari sampling lain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif.Downloads
