IMPLEMENTASI ONLINE-LEARNING PADA PELATIHAN SISTEM AKUNTANSI (ACCURATE ONLINE): STUDI KASUS PADA SISWA SMK DI JAKARTA BARAT

Abstract

Perkembangan pelatihan berbasis Online-Learning telah pesat akibat dari Covid-19 yang membuat pertemuan daring menjadi hal biasa. Peneliti mencoba untuk mengukur efektivitas dari pelatihan secara daring berdasarkan empat kerangka evaluasi Kirkpatrick Model. Dengan media zoom, pelatihan dilakukan kepada siswa SMK di Jakarta Barat untuk menggunakan aplikasi computer akuntansi Accurate Online. Berdasarkan hasil umpan balik 112 peserta, didapatkan hasil pada aspek (1) kepuasan, (2) pemahaman, (3) implementasi, dan (4) dampak program secara memuaskan yaitu lebih dari 50%.  Terdapat beberapa hambatan selama pelatihan antara lain: (1) jaringan yang tidak stabil, (2) kondisi lokasi peserta yang kurang kondusif, dan (3) perangkat yang digunakan. Guna menyelesaikan hambatan selama pelatihan, maka dilakukan beberapa hal seperti mematikan kamera agar sinyal menjadi lebih baik hingga memberikan video tutorial tambahan kepada siswa diluar rekaman yang telah disediakan oleh zoom.
