Pengaruh Konsumsi Buah Pisang Terhadap Penurunan Keluhan Kram Kaki Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester Iii di Klinik Widya Darma Husada Tangerang Selatan

Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi buah pisang terhadap penurunan keluhan kram kaki pada ibu hamil Trimester III di Klinik Widya Darma Husada Tangerang Selatan Tahun 2025. Metode: Penelitian ini eksperimen merupakan penelitian dengan desain pretest-posttest Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumsi buah pisang, variabel dependennya adalah penurunan keluhan kram. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat, menggunakan uji beda paired sample T-test statsitik SPSS versi 25. Hasil: Hasil penelitian uji Paired Sampel T Tes score kram kaki sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pemberian buah pisang di dapatkan nilai Mean 0,200, standar deviasi yaitu 0,407, 95% CI di dapatkan 0,048- 0,358 , nilai t (perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah) yaitu 2,693. Hasil uji statistik p value < 0,05 yaitu 0,012 di simpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh konsumsi buah pisang terhadap penurunan keluhan kram kaki pada ibu hamil Trimester III.Downloads
