Abstract

Latar Belakang : Menyusui merupakan hal yang sangat penting baik seorang ibu menyusui anaknya karena mengandung banyak nutrisi yang bermanfaat bagi kecerdasan anak. Bayi membutuhkan semua nutrisi yang terdapat dalam ASI, termasuk lemak, karbohidrat, vitamin, mineral, zat kekebalan tubuh, enzim, dan sel darah putih, untuk tumbuh dan berkembang. Selain itu, ASI membantu melindungi bayi dari penyakit seperti demam dan diare. Tujuan Penelitian :  Untuk mengetahui  apa faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kelancaran produksi ASI di wilayah kerja Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Kesuma Medika, Kota Bekasi Tahun 2025. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross–sectional.Hasil Penelitian :  Hasil uji statitik dengan menggunakan uji chi square variable usia p value 0,325, paritas p value 0,262, perawatan payudara 0,000 OR 31,00, variable asupan nutrisi p value 0,000 OR 17.000, pvalue 0,001 OR 23,333.Kesimpulan :  Perlunya menerapkan perawatan payudara, asupan gizi seimbang serta pengetahuan yang baik tentang perawtan paudara terhadap kelncaran ASI terhadap Ibu menyusui
