Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Terhadap Kinerja Kerja: Analisis Narative Review

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merupakan perilaku kerja sukarela yang melampaui tuntutan peran formal karyawan dan berkontribusi positif terhadap efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian mengenai OCB telah berkembang pesat dan menunjukkan keterkaitannya dengan berbagai hasil kerja, khususnya kinerja kerja (job performance). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melakukan narrative review terhadap penelitian-penelitian empiris yang mengkaji pengaruh OCB terhadap kinerja kerja. Metode narrative review digunakan untuk mensintesis temuan-temuan utama dari berbagai jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa OCB secara konsisten berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja, baik kinerja tugas (task performance) maupun kinerja kontekstual (contextual performance). Selain itu, OCB juga berperan sebagai variabel mediator maupun moderator dalam hubungan antara faktor-faktor organisasi dan kinerja kerja. Implikasi teoretis dan praktis dari temuan ini dibahas untuk pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia.Downloads
