Boreh Spa Berbasis Lontar Usada Taru Pramana sebagai Terapi Komplementer Pereda Stres dan Nyeri Dismenore dalam Wellness Tourism

Dismenore merupakan gangguan ginekologi dengan prevalensi 50-90% pada wanita usia produktif yang berdampak signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji efektivitas boreh spa berbasis Lontar Usada Taru Pramana sebagai terapi komplementer untuk dismenore dan stres dalam konteks wellness tourism. Metode scoping review digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mensintesis literatur relevan dari berbagai database elektronik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terapi herbal dalam boreh spa efektif mengurangi nyeri dismenore dengan penurunan skor VAS 1.5-3 poin, setara dengan NSAID tanpa efek samping. Pendekatan multimodal yang mengintegrasikan ramuan herbal, terapi panas, pijat, dan aromaterapi menciptakan efek sinergis dalam menurunkan kortisol 25-40% dan nyeri 40-60%. Validasi ilmiah menggunakan CNN mencapai akurasi 92.5% dengan dokumentasi 230 spesies tanaman obat. Potensi wellness tourism sangat menjanjikan dengan 78% wisatawan mencari terapi tradisional autentik dan kontribusi ekonomi meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM 45-60%. Boreh spa berbasis Lontar Usada Taru Pramana berpotensi menjadi flagship product wellness tourism Indonesia yang berkelanjutan. Dysmenorrhea is a gynecological disorder with a prevalence of 50-90% among women of reproductive age, significantly impacting quality of life and productivity. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of boreh spa based on Lontar Usada Taru Pramana as complementary therapy for dysmenorrhea and stress management in wellness tourism context. Scoping review methodology was employed to identify and synthesize relevant literature from various electronic databases. Results indicate that herbal therapy in boreh spa effectively reduces dysmenorrhea pain with VAS score reduction of 1.5-3 points, equivalent to NSAIDs without side effects. The multimodal approach integrating herbal remedies, heat therapy, massage, and aromatherapy creates synergistic effects in reducing cortisol by 25-40% and pain by 40-60%. Scientific validation using CNN achieved 92.5% accuracy with documentation of 230 medicinal plant species. Wellness tourism potential is highly promising with 78% of tourists seeking authentic traditional therapy and economic contribution increasing MSME income by 45-60%. Boreh spa based on Lontar Usada Taru Pramana has potential to become Indonesia's flagship sustainable wellness tourism product.
