Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di IGD dan ICU RS Ananda Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif dengan desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectiona. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dari 48 Responden dengan hasil yang ada bahwa mengalami stress kerja ringan sebanyak 6 responden , 31 responden  memiliki stress kerja sedang dan 11 responden memiliki stres kerja berat  hasil statistik didapat bahwa stres kerja ringan 6 responden menunjukkan hasil kinerja baik sebanyak 4 orang dan 31 responden memiliki stres kerja sedang menunjukkan hasil kinerja kurang baik 23 orang sedangkan dari 11 responden stres berat menunjukkan kinerja kurang baik 9 orang Hasil uji statistic diperoleh nilai p=0,003 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai  p value 0,003 (<α 0,05) yang artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara  stress kerja dengan kinerja perawat di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) dan Intensive Care Unit (ICU)  RS Ananda Bekasi.
