Edukasi Pasien Berbasis Digital dan Teknologi di Instalasi Gawat Darurat: Systematic Review Berbasis Prisma

Latar Belakang: Instalasi Gawat Darurat merupakan lingkungan pelayanan dengan tekanan kerja tinggi dan keterbatasan waktu, sehingga edukasi pasien konvensional sering tidak optimal. Teknologi digital seperti video, aplikasi mobile, telehealth, serta Virtual Reality (VR) dan Augmented Reality (AR) berpotensi meningkatkan efektivitas edukasi pasien, namun sintesis bukti yang komprehensif masih terbatas. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi jenis, karakteristik, dan efektivitas intervensi edukasi pasien berbasis teknologi digital di Instalasi Gawat Darurat serta memetakan tren penelitian dan kesenjangan bukti. Metode: Systematic Literature Review mengikuti PRISMA 2020 dilakukan pada Scopus dan Web of Science (2021–2025). Studi peer-reviewed berbahasa Inggris diseleksi dan dinilai menggunakan Joanna Briggs Institute tools. Data dianalisis secara naratif dengan kerangka PICOT. Hasil: Sembilan studi memenuhi kriteria. Intervensi meliputi video, SMS, mHealth, telehealth, digital decision aid, serta VR/AR. Intervensi digital secara konsisten meningkatkan pengetahuan, kepatuhan, keterlibatan pasien, serta beberapa outcome klinis seperti penurunan nyeri, kecemasan, dan kunjungan ulang. Kesimpulan: Edukasi digital di Instalasi Gawat Darurat efektif dan layak diterapkan, diperlukan RCT berskala besar untuk memastikan efektivitas jangka panjang dan kesiapan implementasi.Downloads
