Pengaruh Kompetensi Intelektual, Kompetensi Emosional,Kompetensi Sosial Tenaga Medis Profesional Terhadap Komitmen Keselamatan Pasien ( Survei Di Rumah Sakit Restu Bunda Bandar Lampung )

Latar belakang penelitian tesis ini adalah pentingnya kompetensi ( intektual, emosional dan sosial ),terhadap komitmen keselamatan pasien.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi intelektual,kompetensi emosional dan kompetensi sosial tenaga medis profesional terhadap keselamatan pasien,dengan metode kuantitatif,deskriptif verifikatif.Survei melibatkan 70 reponden petugas medis di R.S. Restu Bunda di Bandar Lampung . Analisis data menggunakan SoftWare SPSS.23. Hasil penelitian nilai r = 0.892,artinya variabel X mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap variabel Y.Nilai koefisien determinasi R2 0.786 = 79%,maksudnya variabel X memiliki kontribusi pengaruh 79% terhadap Y sedangkan sisanya 21 % dipengaruhi faktor lain.Hasil uji t < 0,05 artinya ketiga variabel bebas X (Kompetensi Intelektual,Kompetensi Emosional, dan Kompetensi Sosial) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial (terpisah/sendiri ) terhadap Keselamatan Pasien Y. Uji F 0.000 ( < 0,05 ), berarti bahwa (Kompetensi Intelektual,Kompetensi Emosional, dan Kompetensi Sosial) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keselamatan pasien Y.Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kompetensi tenaga medis dapat meningkatkan keselamatan pasien.
