Pengaruh Fitur Voice to Text pada SIMPUS terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kesehatan: Suatu Scoping Review

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi speech recognition atau voice to text dalam sistem informasi kesehatan menjadi salah satu inovasi yang berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi dokumentasi dan kinerja tenaga kesehatan, khususnya di fasilitas layanan primer seperti Puskesmas. Scoping review ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi perkembangan teknologi voice to text, manfaat, tantangan, serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan berdasarkan literatur internasional dan nasional tahun 2020–2025. Review dilakukan mengikuti pedoman PRISMA 2020 dengan penelusuran pada basis data ScienceDirect, Scopus, Google Scholar, dan Garuda menggunakan kombinasi kata kunci terkait voice to text, sistem informasi kesehatan, dan kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Dari 398 artikel yang teridentifikasi, sebanyak 11 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa voice to text mampu meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dokumentasi, mengurangi beban kerja administratif, meningkatkan akurasi input data, serta meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna baik bagi tenaga kesehatan maupun pasien. Meskipun demikian, tantangan terkait akurasi dalam kondisi lingkungan bising serta kesiapan pengguna masih perlu diperhatikan. Secara keseluruhan, scoping review ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi voice to text pada SIMPUS berpotensi mendukung transformasi digital pelayanan kesehatan primer dan meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas.
