Peran Nurse Leader dalam Meningkatkan Patient Safety di Rumah Sakit: A Scoping Review

ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Keselamatan pasien merupakan indikator utama mutu layanan rumah sakit, dan nurse leader memiliki peran strategis dalam membangun budaya keselamatan serta memastikan praktik keperawatan yang aman. Tujuan: Scoping review ini bertujuan memetakan bukti ilmiah terbaru mengenai peran nurse leader dalam meningkatkan patient safety di rumah sakit. Metode: Review dilakukan sesuai pedoman JBI dan PRISMA-ScR dengan pencarian pada PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, CINAHL, dan Google Scholar. Sebanyak 10 artikel tahun 2020–2025 memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis secara naratif. Hasil: Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan khususnya transformational leadership komunikasi efektif, psychological safety, kompetensi kepemimpinan, serta strategi seperti audit keselamatan dan bedside leadership berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. Intervensi kepemimpinan terbukti menurunkan medication error, fall rate, dan meningkatkan pelaporan insiden. Kesimpulan: Nurse leader berperan penting dalam peningkatan patient safety melalui gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif, keterampilan komunikasi, dan strategi manajerial berbasis bukti.
