Abstract

Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) merupakan indikator utama keberhasilan akademik mahasiswa keperawatan. Namun, variasi IPK antar mahasiswa menunjukkan adanya pengaruh faktor internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi IPK mahasiswa S1 Keperawatan Universitas Advent Indonesia lulusan periode Juni 2024. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi terdiri dari 25 mahasiswa dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder dari Biro Administrasi Akademik, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,721, artinya 72,1% variasi IPK dijelaskan oleh delapan variabel independen. Uji F menunjukkan pengaruh simultan yang signifikan (Sig. 0,000), sedangkan uji t menunjukkan variabel motivasi belajar, kebiasaan belajar, dukungan keluarga, kualitas pengajaran, serta fasilitas dan sumber belajar berpengaruh signifikan. Disimpulkan bahwa faktor internal dan eksternal berperan penting dalam pencapaian IPK mahasiswa keperawatan.
