Pengaruh Intervensi Apoteker Pada Pasien Hipertensi Terhadap Pengetahuan, Kepatuhan, Outcome Klinis, Kualitas Hidup Dan Persepsi Produk Halal Di Apotek Kimia Farma Lueng Bata

Latar belakang: Berdasarkan hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar atau Riskesdas tahun 2018 prevalensi ditemukan 34,1% penderita terdiagnosa hipertensi berdasarkan hasil pengukuran pada penduduk usia di atas 18 tahun di Indonesia, di Provinsi Aceh prevalensi hipertensi yaitu 12,259 (26,4%) penderita. Tujuan: penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh intervensi apoteker terhadap pengetahuan, kepatuhan, outcome klinis, kualitas hidup dan persepsi produk halal pada pasien hipertensi di Apotek Kimia Farma Lueng bata. Metode: Penelitian dilakukan di Apotek Kimia farma Lueng Bata pada Januari Februari 2025 dengan desain kuasi eksperimental two group pretest-posttest design menggunakan metode total sampling, melibatkan 108 pasien hipertensi peserta rujuk balik aktif. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuisioner HK-LS, kepatuhan (kuesioner MARS-5), outcome klinis diukur nilai tekanan darah (mmHg), kualitas hidup (kuesioner WHOQOL-BREF) serta Persepsi Produk halal pasien menggunakan kuisioner tertutup skala likert. Hasil: Pada kelompok kontrol tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara pretest dan posttest pada tingkat pengetahuan (p=0,06), Tingkat kepatuhan pada kelompok kontrol juga tidak menunjukkan peningkatan outcome klinis tekanan darah sistolik (p=0,06), outcome klinis lain (p=0,09), kualitas hidup (p=0,19), maupun persepsi produk halal (p=0,15). Sebaliknya, pada kelompok intervensi terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan (p<0,05) antara pretest dan posttest pada semua variabel, meliputi peningkatan tingkat pengetahuan (p<0,01), kepatuhan (bertambah 30 responden patuh), perbaikan outcome klinis (p<0,01), peningkatan kualitas hidup (p<0,01), serta peningkatan persepsi produk halal (p<0,01). Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh intervensi apoteker terhadap tingkat pengetahuan, kepatuhan, outcome klinis, kualitas hidup dan persepsi produk halal pada pasien hipertensi di Apotek Kimia Farma Lueng bata.Downloads
