Pengaruh Leadership Self-Efficacy terhadap Kepuasan Praktik Kerja Lapangan Mahasiswa Ners Stase Komunitas: Teori Albert Bandura

Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) atau stase komunitas merupakan bagian integral dalam pendidikan profesi Ners yang memungkinkan mahasiswa mengimplementasikan kompetensi keperawatan di masyarakat nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leadership self-efficacyterhadap kepuasan praktik kerja lapangan mahasiswa Ners dengan menggunakan kerangka teori Albert Bandura. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 130 mahasiswa. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata leadership self-efficacy sebesar 41,9 dari skor maksimum 60 dan rata-rata kepuasan praktik sebesar 84,7 dari 100, dengan penyebaran skor moderat (SD LSE = 5,8; SD SAT = 9,3). Terdapat korelasi positif sedang dan signifikan antara leadership self-efficacy dan kepuasan praktik (r = 0,398; p < 0,001). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kepercayaan diri kepemimpinan mahasiswa, semakin tinggi pula kepuasan mereka terhadap pengalaman praktik. Faktor lingkungan, dukungan instruktur, dan kesempatan belajar mandiri turut memengaruhi kepuasan praktik.Downloads
