Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Tingginya Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Perawat Etnis Makassar di UPT RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) adalah perilaku yang dilakukan oleh seorang karyawan yang melebihi kewajiban kerja formal, namun berdampak baik karena mendukung efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingginya Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Perawat Etnis Makassar di UPT RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan case study. Informan pada penelitian sebanyak 3 informan kunci dan 7 informan biasa yang terdiri dari beberapa perawat di UPT UPT RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingginya Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Perawat Etnis Makassar di UPT RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto sebabkan oleh Faktor eksternal meliputi Workplace Variable, HRM Policies & Practice, Culture Value, Contextual Factor, Organizational Reputation Treat, Demographic Variable, dan Leader Supportiveness. Faktor internal meliputi Dispositional Variable, Organizational Service, Organizatonal Commitment, Personality Variable, dan Work Centrality. Serta didukung oleh prinsip suku Makassar yaitu Teai mangksara' punna bokona loko' (Bukan orang Makassar kalau yang luka di belakang), A’bulo Sibatang (Bersatu/persatuan, gotong royong, bekerja sama, tolong menolong), Sipakatau (saling memanusiakan), Siri’ Na Pacce, Ku alleanngi tallanga na toalia (lebih baik tenggelam daripada kembali), Ejapi nikana doang (Seseorang dikenali atas karya dan perbuatan), Bajikangangi tattilinga naia tallanga (Lebih baik miring daripada tenggelam), Le'ba kusuronna biseangku, kucampa'na sombalakku, tamassaile punna teai labuang (Bila perahu telah kudorong, layar telah terkembang, takkan ku berpaling kalau bukan labuhan yang kutuju). Hal ini yang menyebabkan tingginya kinerja dan mendukung dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme kerja di UPT RSUD Lanto Dg. Pasewang Kabupaten Jeneponto.Downloads
