Dampak Riwayat Kehamilan Berisiko Terhadap Bayi Yang Dilahirkan : Scoping Review

Kehamilan berisiko meningkatkan komplikasi bagi ibu dan bayi yang dilahirkan, seperti kelahiran prematur dan berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR), yang berkontribusi pada tingginya angka kematian bayi. Tujuan: Menjelaskan jenis kehamilan berisiko dan dampaknya terhadap bayi. Metode: Scoping review dengan kerangka Arksey dan O'Malley, dengan memanfaatkan data yang diambil dari PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar. Artikel terakreditasi Q1–Q4 dan Sinta 1–4 yang relevan selama 10 tahun terakhir dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil: Kehamilan berisiko, seperti hipertensi, preeklampsia, anemia, diabetes gestasional, KEK dan dan riwayat abortus , berdampak pada BBLR, prematuritas, makrosomia, gangguan pernapasan, hipoglikemia, serta kelainan bawaan pada bayi. Kesimpulan: Kehamilan berisiko memengaruhi kesehatan bayi secara signifikan. Pengelolaan risiko kehamilan dibutuhkan untuk menghindari komplikasi dan meningkatkan kesehatan ibu serta bayi.
