Analisis Faktor Determinan Stigma Masyarakat Pada Penderita HIV/AIDS Terhadap Terapi Antiretroviral (ART) Pasien di RSU Dr. Zainal Abidin Banda Aceh

Stigma masyarakat terhadap penderita HIV/AIDS dapat memengaruhi kualitas hidup dan kepatuhan terapi antiretroviral (ART). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung stigma masyarakat terhadap efektivitas terapi ART pada pasien HIV/AIDS di RSU dr. Zainal Abidin Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional dilakukan pada 104 pasien HIV/AIDS. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stigma diskriminatif dan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup pasien (p-value < 0,05), sedangkan stigma internal tidak signifikan (p-value = 0,977). Kualitas hidup pasien berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terapi ART (p-value = 0,000). Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dari stigma diskriminatif dan sosial terhadap terapi ART melalui kualitas hidup. Stigma masyarakat, terutama diskriminatif dan sosial, berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup dan efektivitas terapi ART. Program intervensi perlu fokus pada pengurangan stigma dan penguatan dukungan sosial.Downloads
