Faktor Risiko Kejadian Hyperemesis Gravidarum Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester I di Rumah Sakit Citra Arafiq Serang

Hyperemesis gravidarum merupakan komplikasi kehamilan yang ditandai dengan mual dan muntah berat, hingga menyebabkan dehidrasi dan gangguan metabolik. Di RS Citra Arafiq Serang, prevalensi hyperemesis gravidarum tergolong tinggi. Menganalisis faktor risiko kejadian hyperemesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester I. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional retrospektif. Sampel sebanyak 97 ibu hamil trimester I yang mengalami hyperemesis gravidarum, dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square. asil: Ditemukan hubungan signifikan antara umur (p = 0,012), paritas (p = 0,003), pendidikan (p = 0,025), pekerjaan (p = 0,018), riwayat keluarga (p = 0,008), dan kondisi kesehatan berdasarkan riwayat gastritis (p = 0,001) dengan kejadian hyperemesis gravidarum. Faktor risiko yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian hyperemesis gravidarum adalah umur, paritas, pendidikan, pekerjaan, riwayat keluarga, dan kondisi kesehatan ibu.Downloads
