Kata Kunci: evidence-based nursing, pengambilan keputusan klinis, pelatihan, perawat, mutu pelayanan Abstract Quality nursing care requires accurate and evidence-based clinical decision-making. However, many nurses in primary care still rely on intuition rather than scientific approaches. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing (EBN) training on nurses’ clinical decision-making abilities. A quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group was used. A total of 30 nurses were divided into intervention and control groups. The intervention consisted of a two-day EBN training. The results showed a significant increase in the intervention group's posttest scores (mean 88.4) compared to the control group (mean 74.2), with p < 0.05. Improvements were also observed in professional behavior, including critical thinking and the use of scientific sources. This study concludes that EBN training significantly enhances nurses’ clinical decision-making skills and may serve as a strategic approach to improving the quality of nursing services.
