Kata Kunci: ASI eksklusif, ibu hamil, efikasi diri, pengetahuan, Emo-Demo Abstract Breast milk is the best nutrition for infants and plays a vital role in their growth, development, and survival. However, the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in North Minahasa Regency remains below both national and global targets. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Emotional Demonstration (Emo-Demo) method on the knowledge and self-efficacy of pregnant women in providing exclusive breastfeeding. A quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-test post-test approach was used, involving 40 pregnant women at the Wori Public Health Center. The intervention consisted of health education sessions using the Emo-Demo method, with data collected via standardized questionnaires. The results showed a significant increase in both knowledge and self-efficacy scores after the intervention. Knowledge scores increased from 5.55 to 7.90, and self-efficacy scores from 19.82 to 24.10 (p < 0.05). These findings suggest that the Emo-Demo method is effective in preparing pregnant women to provide exclusive breastfeeding. Emotion-based educational approaches can successfully promote meaningful behavioral changes and are recommended for maternal and child health promotion programs.
