ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Persalinan secara sectio caesarea merupakan persalinan melalui tindakan pembedahan dengan melakukan sayatan pada dinding abdomen dan uterus untuk mengeluarkan janin yang ada di rahim ibu. Tujuan: Mengetahui Tindakan Massage Punggung (effleurage massage) pada Pasien Post Sectio Caesarea dengan Masalah Nyeri Akut. Metode : Penelitian ini berupa Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan desain Studi Kasus yang dilakukan di Ruang Kana RSUD Wonosari selama 3 hari. Sampel yang digunakan adalah satu orang pasien. Pelaksanaan massage punggung dilakukan sekali dalam sehari dengan frekuensi 15 menit dimulai setelah 6 jam pasien post SC. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu dengan lembar observasi dan format asuhan keperawatan post partum. Hasil: setelah dilakukan tindakan asuhan keperawatan selama 3x24 jam didapatkan hasil terapi non farmakologis massage punggung efektif untuk menurunkan nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea. Hal ini dibuktikan terdapat penurunan skala nyeri yang signifikan dari hari pertama dilakukannya tindakan massage punggung sampai hari ketiga. Skala nyeri menurun dari intervensi hari pertama sampai hari ketiga, dari skala nyeri 7 menjadi 2 (rentang 1-10). Kesimpulan: tindakan massage punggung (effleurage massage) efektif dilakukan untuk menurunkan nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea. Kata Kunci : Effleurage Massage, Sectio Caesarea, Nyeri Akut Case Study: Effleurage Massage in Patients with Post-Sectio Caesarean Section with Acute Pain Problems in The Cana Room Of Wonosari Hospital ABSTRACT Background: Sectio caesarean delivery is a surgical delivery by making incisions in the abdominal wall and uterus to remove the fetus in the mother's uterus. Objective: This study aims to determine the Effleurage Massage in Post Sectio Caesarea Patients with Acute Pain Problems. Method: This study is a Descriptive Qualitative research with a Case Study Design conducted in the Kana Room of Wonosari Hospital for 3 days. The sample used was one patient. Implementation of back massage is carried out once a day with a frequency of 15 minutes starting after 6 hours of post-SC patients. The instruments used were observation sheets and postpartum nursing care formats. Results: after 3x24 hours of nursing care, the results of non-pharmacologica therapy of back massage (effleurage massage) were obtained to reduce pain in post-sectio caesarean patients. This is evidenced by a significant decrease in the pain scale from the first day of back massage to the third day. The pain scale decreased from the first day of the intervention to the third day, from a pain scale of 7 to 2 (scale range 1-10). Conclusion: back massage (effleurage massage) is effective in reducing pain in post-sectio caesarean patients. Keywords : Effleurage Massage, Sectio Caesarea, Acute PainDownloads
