Latar Belakang: Kinerja perawat merupakan salah satu faktor krusial dalam menunjang kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat. Lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan motivasi yang tinggi diyakini mampu mendorong perawat untuk bekerja secara optimal dan profesional. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja perawat di RSU Mitra Medika Amplas. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 73 perawat yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap RSU Mitra Medika Amplas. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat menggunakan uji pearson dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perawat memiliki persepsi baik terhadap lingkungan kerja sebanyak 53 orang (72,6%), cukup baik sebanyak 19 orang (26%), dan kurang sebanyak 1 orang (1,4%). Kinerja perawat diketahui mayoritas berada dalam kategori baik sebanyak 43 orang (58,9%), cukup baik sebanyak 30 orang (41,1%). Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja perawat di RSU Mitra Medika Amplas (p-value = 0,002). Kesimpulan:Lingkungan kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan. Oleh karena itu, pihak rumah sakit diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, nyaman, dan mendukung bagi perawat untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja dan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Perawat Abstract Background:Nurses' performance is a crucial factor in determining the quality of health services in hospitals. A conducive work environment, both physically and non-physically, can affect nurses' performance in carrying out their duties. RSU Mitra Medika Amplas has experienced an increase in Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) above the ideal standard and a high turnover rate among nurses, requiring attention to environmental factors that may affect their performance. Objective:This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the work environment and nurses' performance at RSU Mitra Medika Amplas. Method: This study used a quantitative correlational design. The sample of the study was 73 nurses working in the inpatient ward of RSU Mitra Medika Amplas. Data collection used a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out univariately, bivariate using the Pearson test with a confidence level of 95%. Results: The results of the analysis showed that most nurses had a good perception of the work environment as many as 53 people (72.6%), quite good as many as 19 people (26%), and less as many as 1 person (1.4%). The performance of nurses was known to be mostly in the good category as many as 43 people (58.9%), quite good as many as 30 people (41.1%). The results of the correlation test showed that there was a significant relationship between the work environment and the performance of nurses at RSU Mitra Medika Amplas (p-value = 0.002). Conclusion:There is a significant relationship between the work environment and nurses' performance. A supportive, safe, and comfortable work environment can improve nurses' productivity and the quality of nursing care services in hospitals. Keywords: Work Environment, Nurses' PerformanceDownloads
