Residensi Kepemimpinan dan Management Keperawatan dan Analisis Swot Metode Primary di Ruang Icu Rumah Sakit Tipe B di Bandung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan keperawatan di Ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Rumah Sakit Tipe B Bandung dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang ada dalam pengelolaan keperawatan di ICU. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat kekuatan dalam visi dan misi yang berorientasi pada pelayanan holistik, masih ada kelemahan dalam penerapan nilai spiritual dan ketergantungan pada sistem perencanaan manual. Peluang untuk pengembangan program pelatihan dan peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi sangat terbuka, namun ancaman dari perubahan kebijakan kesehatan dan persaingan layanan kesehatan perlu diwaspadai.
